Dagenham made a flying start with Charley Kendall firing them ahead inside four minutes with a shot into the bottom corner.
Aldershot levelled in the 22nd minute with Cian Harries converting from the penalty spot after Daggers goalkeeper Elliot Justham fouled Tyler Frost.
The visitors were reduced to 10 men in first-half stoppage time after Sam Ling was shown the red card for a foul on Josh Stokes, who put Aldershot in front four minutes after the break.
Recent signing Freddie Sears equalised for Dagenham in the 66th minute but Thomas headed in Ollie Harfield’s cross two minutes from time to snatch victory for Aldershot.
Aldershot opened the scoring in the 20th minute when Josh Stokes slipped through to Jack Barham, who coolly slotted past Marcus Dewhurst to make it 1-0.
The Shots doubled their advantage four minutes later when captain Lorent Tolaj collected a pass from Ryan Glover before tucking into the corner.
The hosts responded with two goals in a matter of minutes just after the half-hour mark, Sean Adarkwa with the first before Nathan Ferguson coolly finished beyond Jordi van Stappershoef.
Wealdstone completed the turnaround two minutes after the break when Michael Obiero spotted Van Stappershoef off his line and looped a clever finish over the keeper – and were on their way to victory until Thomas headed home in injury time.
Appiah had the first real chance on the half hour but the Ghanaian’s shot straight at Halifax goalkeeper Sam Johnson, who did well to keep out Fyfield’s header from the resulting corner.
But the hosts were grateful for Nathan Ashmore, who produced excellent saves to deny Jack Evans and Millenic Alli before half-time as Halifax looked to build on a season-opening win over Bromley.
They trailed after 54 minutes when Appiah got on the end of Tom Whelan’s free-kick to head home as Bromley, who battled back from 2-0 down to draw 2-2 at Gateshead last week, took the lead.
Eight minutes later, Halifax made a hash of attempting to clear a corner and Fyfield slotted home to make sure of all three points for the Wood.
Dagenham’s Myles Weston hit the goal frame in the 24th minute and Altrincham came close to opening the scoring deep into first-half stoppage time as Chris Conn-Clarke’s shot was deflected out for a corner.
Conn-Clarke came knocking again in the last 20 minutes but his attempt was kept out and Regan Linney skied the rebound.
Altrincham finally got off the mark in the 79th minute after a touch from Dior Angus was pounced on by Conn-Clarke.
But Phipps met Josh Hare’s corner to level the scores in the eighth minute of stoppage time.
Two headers from McCallum put the hosts into a 2-0 at half-time but Jamey Osborne pulled one back just before the hour.
McCallum restored Eastleigh’s two-goal advantage when he completed his treble on 68 minutes but the visitors were not done.
Jack Stevens kept them in the game with a curling effort on 74 minutes and substitute Campbell had the final say as the clock approached 90 minutes.
Morgan-Smith pounced in the 83rd minute at the LNER Community Stadium to head the ball in off the bar following a Joe Leesley corner.
The visitors had the better of the first-half chances, Christian Oxlade-Chamberlain heading just wide at the far post from Caleb Richards’ left-wing cross and York goalkeeper David Stockdale beating away a fierce effort from Morgan-Smith, who spun and shot after finding space in the area.
Adam Crookes headed narrowly wide from a Maziar Kouhyar at the other end before Kidderminster missed a golden chance on the stroke of half-time.
Morgan-Smith cut the ball back for Zak Brown, who looked set to score, only for Levi Andoh to deflect his shot behind.
The visitors finally broke the deadlock when York failed to clear a Leesley corner and Morgan-Smith forced the ball past Stockdale and over the line via the underside of the bar.
Kouhyar brought a good save from Christian Dibble as York sought a leveller, but it did not come and they slumped to a second straight defeat.
Both sides had their fair share of chances, but neither team could make anything significant come from them early on.
Craig Tanner and Dominic Poleon had opportunities for Ebbsfleet in the second half, with Tanner shooting over the bar.
Kendall found Dagenham a late winner, denying Ebbsfleet a point in the second minute of added time.
The Cards went ahead after 15 minutes when Charley Kendall intercepted a loose pass at the back and fired home.
Dale equalised with a spectacular run and curling shot from Cian Hayes eight minutes before half-time.
In a bad-tempered end to the game, Dion Kelly-Evans saw red for Woking before Rodney hit the winner and Dale’s Ian Henderson was also sent off a minute later.
Tolaj had gone close in normal time, taking aim 11 minutes in as Shots looked to build on their win over Bromley and maintain their pursuit of the leaders.
At the other end, Millenic Alli hit the bar for Halifax as both sides looked to win it.
Tolaj eventually did so at the death, tapping in a cross squared in by Haji Mnoga with virtually the last kick of the game.
The visitors started the brighter of the two sides and almost had the opener but Norwood headed just wide of the target from inside the area.
Chesterfield then had a great opportunity to hit the front just after the half-hour mark but Branden Horton smashed a volley over the crossbar at the back post.
The hosts hit the front in the 61st minute when Ash Palmer’s bullet header met a corner at the back post and flew in.
The Spireites almost had another when Liam Mandeville hit the crossbar and thought they were on their way to four straight wins but, deep into stoppage time, Norwood pounced on a rebound and turned home to finish things level at 1-1.
There was a stoppage mid-way through the first half when Gateshead defender Joe Cook tried to get on the end of a free-kick and slid off the pitch into the advertising boards. After receiving treatment, Cook was back on his feet, but was swiftly substituted.
Fylde, aiming to keep themselves clear of the relegation battle, threatened just before the break when a corner was not cleared and Connor Barrett’s low shot was saved by Gateshead goalkeeper Eddie Beach.
The Coasters built on a bright start to the second half when midfielder Ethan Mitchell slotted in from a corner with 15 minutes left and Jonathan Ustabasi stabbed home a late second to secure the points.
The hosts took an early lead in the sixth minute when Florent Hoti slotted in a rebound after Robert Harker’s effort hit the post.
Boreham Wood eventually levelled things up after 77 minutes through Lee Ndlovu’s header from a free-kick into the box.
Halifax, though, were soon back in front when Summerfield converted a penalty with 10 minutes left after Tylor Golden had been brought down to leave them a point off the top seven.
Jamie Grimes opened the scoring with a header in the 16th minute to give Chesterfield the advantage.
Altrincham pushed hard to strike back, but were unable to do so in the first half.
The chances continued to flow for both sides, and Justin Amaluzor put a chance over the bar from the edge of the box for the home outfit.
Alty did manage to equalise in the 83rd minute with Dior Angus opening his account for the club, and Angus managed to do it again four minutes into time added on.

Idris Kanu headed just wide for Barnet but the first half was otherwise uneventful until five minutes before the break. Jo Cummings was brought down in the box but Walker saved Jamie Stott’s penalty.
Walker denied Jamie Cooke just before the hour while substitute Reece Hall-Johnson went close at the other end.
Barnet substitute Callum Stead was denied after a length-of-the-field break while Walker made a late double save from Halifax’s Ryan Galvin to preserve a point.
After a period of possession for the hosts, Chesterfield struck first, with Liam Mandeville heading home a Ryan Colclough cross 33 minutes in.
The away side were soon handed a penalty, but Will Grigg was unable to convert, smashing it over the bar 40 minutes in.
Joe Quigley then got the visitors’ second seven minutes before the end.
Chesterfield dominated but had to wait until 10 minutes after the restart to take the lead, Joe Quigley converting his fourth goal of the season from Branden Horton’s excellent cross.
Tom Naylor headed home Jeff King’s corner after 75 minutes to double the Spireites’ lead, preserving their three-point lead over Barnet.
Jude Arthurs went close for Bromley, who drop a place to fifth, with a first-half free-kick curled into the side netting.
Chesterfield – beaten at second-placed Bromley last weekend – took the lead three minutes into the second half through a deflected header by Tom Naylor and a scrappy second from Will Grigg just after the hour looked to have settled matters.
Dale, though, produced a fine late fightback when D’Mani Mellor, on loan from Wycombe, pulled a goal back with 20 minutes left.
Grigg saw a goal ruled out for offside before Devante Rodney’s shot on the turn went into the top corner to secure Dale a point and end their four-match losing streak.
John-Lewis followed up an initial effort from Callum Howe to poke home in the 89th minute and snatch the visitors a first win in three against the run of play.
York started well with Dipo Akimyemi denied an early chance and Ben Davies hitting the post after errors in the home defence.
But Southend pressed after the break with York keeper Gus Sykes-Kenworthy pulling off a great stop to deny Adam Crowther, before Crowther missed another good chance in the closing stages.
The visitors took a seventh-minute lead at the Laithwaite Community Stadium when Joe Grey stabbed David Ferguson’s driven cross past keeper Alexis Andre at the near post.
Tom Crawford thought he had doubled the lead but his 33rd-minute header was adjudged not to have crossed the line, and it took a vital save by Pool keeper Joel Dixon to deny Dennon Lewis an equaliser.
Neither side was able to find the required accuracy to affect the scoreline as the second half unfolded to leave the game in the melting pot as it entered its final quarter.
However, Walker ensured the spoils were shared when he levelled a minute into added time.
