Max Kretzschmar opened the scoring for Wealdstone after just four minutes before Sean Adarkwa doubled the advantage nine minutes later.
Adarkwa added his second of the afternoon after 28 minutes only for Callum Cooke and Joe Grey to provide the visitors hope with two quick goals on the stroke of half-time.
Adarkwa looked to have put the match out of reach when he completed his hat-trick after 76 minutes, but Josh Umerah pulled one back for Hartlepool before Hancox stole a point in stoppage time.
The hosts fell behind to a goal from defender Matthew Kosylo just past the half-hour mark to send Phil Parkinson’s team in ahead at the break.
But Hartlepool hit back in the second half as Emmanuel Dieseruvwe scored twice in the space of three minutes – the second a penalty – and David Ferguson made it 3-1 in the 69th minute.
Dior Angus pulled one back in the final moments but could not prevent Altrincham from slipping out of the top seven.
Boreham Wood took an early lead through Kabongo Tshimanga with just a minute on the clock.
Hartlepool levelled thanks to Joe Grey netting his eighth goal of the season just before half time.
Top scorer Emmanuel Dieseruvwe put the hosts in front with his 17th goal of the season with six minutes remaining.
And Luke Waterfall put the result beyond doubt for the hosts, making it three in the 89th minute.
The Daggers took the lead in the 37th minute through a fine individual goal from Dion Pereira.
Pereira picked the ball up in the Hartlepool half and went on a surging run before slotting past Pools goalkeeper Peter Jameson.
Hartlepool improved after the break and were back on level terms just before the hour through Joe Grey, after he latched onto a pass from Emmanuel Dieseruvwe.
Jake Hastie fired the visitors ahead after six minutes, firing in after a strong run down the right.
Askey’s side were 2-0 up after 15 minutes when Tom Crawford’s low strike found the bottom corner.
Nicky Featherstone made it 3-0 five minutes after the break as Hartlepool put the game to bed.
York, who are in the bottom four of the Vanarama National League, grabbed a late consolation through Tyler Cordner.
The home side went ahead after just eight minutes, with Tom Crawford driving into the bottom left corner after being set clear by Luke Hendrie.
The lead lasted 13 minutes before Chris Maguire smashed in a 25-yard free-kick to pull Eastleigh level.
However, Hartlepool regained the lead early in the second half when Emmanuel Dieseruvwe pounced on a cross by Hendrie before turning the ball home.
And Dieseruvwe made sure of the points in the 66th minute with Hendrie once again playing a key role, providing the pass for Joe Grey, who in turn laid off the ball to his fellow forward to fire in from close range. this third assist of the day.
Fans favourite Henderson – on his second stint at Spotland – opened the scoring for Dale just nine minutes in for his second goal of the campaign.
Former Eastleigh loaneee Kairo Mitchell doubled their advantage against his old side on the brink of half-time after nailing a shot from 30 yards.
As chances continued, Dale came agonisingly close to making it three, as they struck the post in the 59th minute.
Chances came for the Spitfires, but they failed to score and – as a a result – they dropped down to 19th as the hosts were propelled into 11th.
The game went into half-time goalless, but not without a few chances, when Henderson had an effort cleared off the line, midway through the half.
Chances continued to come, but neither side were able to make a breakthrough as Kairo Mitchell headed a free-kick from Adam Clayton towards goal, but it was not enough to break the deadlock.
The Dale eventually opened the scoring after 71 minutes through crowd favourite Henderson, who slotted the ball home from six yards to score in his 10th season for the club, in his second spell.
The visitors took the lead 35 minutes in through Luke Hannant’s first goal of the season.
They doubled their advantage six minutes after the break when Marcus Dinanga smashed across goal and into the back of the net to make it 2-0.
The home side pulled one back 18 minutes from time when the Daggers attack forced a mistake from the defence and Inih Effiong slotted home to cut their deficit to just one.
But Gateshead restored their two-goal advantage three minutes later when Hannant cut inside on the right and finished for his second of the night.
Dinanga also added another (83) to make it four and Charley Kendall’s late consolation for Dagenham could not stop Gateshead from sealing the three points.
Latics had won their three previous matches following a seven-game winless run and led through Alex Reid before Sam Bowen fired the hosts’ first-half equaliser.
Oldham punished Wealdstone’s sloppy defending just after the half-hour mark when Reid intercepted a poor back pass and calmly rounded the goalkeeper to slot home the opener.
Wealdstone went in level at the break thanks to Bowen’s impressive finish, the midfielder converting his third goal in four games and Oldham were indebted to goalkeeper Matthew Hudson, who produced a decisive second-half save from Kyle Smith’s effort.
Effiong put the visitors in front with a ninth-minute finish having been played in by Sam Ling.
Rochdale were back on level terms when Tyrese Sinclair curled into the top corner in the 40th minute.
Effiong then struck again with what would prove the winner in stoppage time before the break, powering a penalty past Tiernan Brooks to take him to 12 National League goals for the season.
Ben Strevens’ Daggers move up a couple of places to 14th in the table, while Jimmy McNulty’s Dale stay ninth.
Josh Taylor’s stoppage-time goal appeared to have earned a point for the visitors but, in the 96th minute, Effiong scored his second of the game to win it.
Dagenham went close through Sydney Ibie and Jake Hessenthaler in the first 10 minutes in an otherwise uneventful first half.
Visiting keeper Harrison Male denied Frank Vincent but after another save from the same player, Effiong followed up to score.
Jason Prior was fouled in the box with the 90 minutes up and though Elliot Justham saved Seb Bowerman’s penalty, Taylor tucked away the rebound – but Effiong had the final say from Sam Ling’s long throw.
Jake Hessenthaler put the Daggers in front in the 25th minute after getting on the end of Josh Hare’s corner.
Their lead was short-lived, however, as Woking equalised just four minutes later when Dennon Lewis picked out Reece Grego-Cox at the back post to nod home.
The Cards were reduced to 10 men in the 66th minute when Tunji Akinola was shown a second yellow card and Effiong struck late into stoppage time to hand Dagenham victory.
Inih Effiong crashed the ball into the top corner to put the hosts ahead in the 38th minute and Daggers forward Freddie Sears saw his volley strike the crossbar in first-half stoppage time.
The Spitfires were level two minutes after the restart when Aidan Barlow headed in a cross from Solomon Nwabuokei at the near post.
Daggers substitute Keenan Appiah-Forson, on loan from West Ham, curled a shot into the top corner with 20 minutes left before defender Tom Eastman bundled in from close range and Effiong struck a late fourth.
The Daggers looked good bets to repeat their crushing 4-1 win on Boxing Day when goals from Tom Eastman and Josh Rees put them 2-0 in front with 35 minutes on the clock.
But a brace from Paul McCallum before half-time and a Jayden Harris header four minutes after the restart swung the game in favour of the hosts.
Rees levelled on 56 but Eastleigh regained their lead when McCallum headed home to complete his hat-trick on 67 minutes, only for Effiong to hammer home from long range 10 minutes from time.
The hosts were three goals up at half-time after Gus Scott-Morriss and James Morton scored, with Bridge then notching his first before the break to deepen the away side’s relegation worries.
Cameron Coxe and Matt Robinson scored in the second half to offer hope of a comeback, but after Bridge got his second and his team’s fourth, Boreham Wood were left facing a three-point gap to safety having played two games more than 20th-place Wealdstone.
Southend are six behind seventh-place Aldershot as they continue their late bid to sneak into the play-offs.
The encounter got off to a slow start but picked up as the halfway point in the first period approached when Eastleigh goalkeeper Joe McDonnell made a pair of saves in quick succession.
There were numerous chances for both sides to net an opener before the break, but it was not until Henry Sandat was pulled down and Bridge coolly converted that the deadlock was finally broken after 53 minutes.
Southend nearly had another when Ollie Kensdale’s header hit the crossbar, but the spot-kick was ultimately all it took for the Shrimpers to secure all three points.
Kairo Mitchell put Dale ahead in the ninth minute, getting on the end of a through ball and slotting it past Jed Ward to score his eighth goal of the season.
But Wealdstone levelled three minutes into first-half stoppage time when Tarryn Allarakhia’s cross was turned in by Cook.
Rochdale went ahead in the 52nd minute when Ryan East fired home from close range, but their lead was short-lived as Sean Adarkwa equalised just four minutes later.
The game looked destined for a draw, but Cook grabbed a winner five minutes into stoppage time with a header from Kyle Smith’s free-kick.

The Moors pulled one back in the 22nd minute when Tahvon Campbell chased down a long cross, tucking the ball in at the near-post before Stevens put the visitors ahead after slotting the ball in the far corner.
Stevens earned his brace from the penalty spot to extend Solihull’s lead in the 56th minute, firing home to the left, and the Heed threatened a comeback when Dajaune Brown scored in the 86th minute, but the Moors held on to see the game out.
