Reports are emerging that current leaders at the ISSA/GraceKennedy Boys and Girls Championships, Kingston College, may be penalized for exceeding their quota limit in Class One at the ongoing championships.
Schools are allowed only two transferred athletes and Kingston College utilized three including Decathlon champion Jurel Clement from Grenada.
When contacted by Sportsmax.tv, ISSA President Keith Wellington did not deny the infringement, instead stating “anything ISSA wishes to confirm will be made public.”
If confirmed, Clement could be disqualified from the event, meaning KC would be deducted the 12 points he won in the Decathlon.
