Ben Chapman struck twice as Ebbsfleet eased their relegation fears with a 2-1 win over AFC Fylde.

The hosts went ahead after 17 minutes when Chapman cut inside onto his left foot and found the top corner.

The midfielder, who had previously only scored one goal this season, headed the second after the break from Billy Clifford’s cross.

Gerald McCullion halved the deficit just four minutes after coming on as a substitute but Fylde had Harry Davis sent off late on as Ebbsfleet held on.

Oldham and Rochdale shared the derby honours in a 1-1 National League draw at Boundary Park.

Hallam Hope put the Latics ahead inside six minutes, finding the net against Rochdale for the second time this season following a penetrating run from Josh Lundstram.

Rochdale levelled after 27 minutes when Sam Mather got the decisive touch at a corner directed to the near post for the ball to trickle over the line.

Both sides had chances to take three points before a near-9,000 crowd, with Oldham striker Andy Dallas unfortunate to see his well-struck effort bounce off a post.

Rob Harker snatched a stoppage-time equaliser for Halifax, who missed the chance to move back into the play-off places after drawing 1-1 at home to York.

It looked like the Minstermen were going to make it four straight wins and pull six points clear of relegation danger after Dipo Akinyemi struck from close range in the 74th minute.

But poor goalkeeping from George Sykes-Kenworthy allowed Harker to score a simple tap-in in stoppage time.

Halifax are now two points off seventh-placed Aldershot but have games in hand on the teams above them, while York are four points off the drop zone.

Aldershot dropped two points in their quest to reach the National League play-offs as they were held 1-1 at home by Dorking.

Josh Barrett’s second-minute goal gave Aldershot a flying start, but Dorking drew level when Alfie Rutherford netted.

Rutherford’s equaliser 15 minutes from time gave the 23rd-placed visitors a rare point on the road.

Aldershot remain in seventh place – the final play-off position – but Halifax are just three points behind them with two games in hand.

Nicke Kabamba scored twice as leading National League play-off contenders Barnet beat bottom club Oxford City 3-1 at The Hive.

It was a comfortable afternoon’s work for the second-placed team, who opened up a four-point gap on Bromley in third.

Gatlin O’Donkor opened the scoring just before half-time, before Kabamba’s double in the space of nine minutes secured an emphatic win.

Harvey Greenslade claimed a consolation goal for Oxford a minute from time, but it was City’s 27th league defeat of the season.

Jamey Osborne struck in the fifth minute of stoppage time to earn a dramatic 1-0 win for Solihull Moors away at Wealdstone and enhance their chances of reaching the National League play-offs.

The defender scored with virtually the game’s final kick to ensure his team stayed in control of their own destiny, with a clutch of sides beneath them in the table having games in hand.

Substitute Tobi Adeyemo had the chance to put the home side in front when he cracked an effort at goal five minutes from time, which was well saved by Solihull goalkeeper Nick Hayes.

But defeat in the final moments means just a point now separates Wealdstone from the relegation places with six games to play.

Devante Rodney grabbed an injury-time equaliser for 10-man Rochdale as Hartlepool failed to make the most of Kairo Mitchell’s red card.

Mitchell was dismissed for a dangerous tackle on Tom Parkes in the run up to half-time of this mid-table clash, but it was not until the 65th minute that Joe Grey’s close-range finish punished the hosts’ failure to deal with a corner.

Pools goalkeeper Peter Jameson looked to have sealed the points when he pulled off a fine save to deny Cian Hayes at the start of added time, but Dale refused to give up the chase.

Deep into the extra period, the tireless Rodney got on the end of Ryan East long punt upfield, calmly went round Jameson and slid home to snatch a point at the death.

Bromley dropped two points in their National League play-off bid as they were held to a 1-1 draw by visitors Woking.

Kido Taylor-Hart’s goal two minutes into stoppage time salvaged a point for the home side.

Ricky Korboa had given Woking the lead just before half-time, and the game looked to have slipped away for Bromley before the late drama.

But they dropped four points behind second-placed Barnet with four regular-season games remaining.

Kidderminster boosted their hopes of National League survival with a 3-1 win at Chesterfield, ending the champions’ 54-match unbeaten home run.

Harriers took a sixth-minute lead when Ashley Hemmings poked home, but the hosts equalised in the 31st minute when Matt Preston tried to clear the ball from a cross and turned it into his own net.

The Reds restored their advantage three minutes into the second half, however, Zak Brown tucking away the rebound after Ryan Boot had made an excellent one-on-one save.

Preston then sealed matters by scoring at the right end, the defender supplying the finish just before the hour mark after Chesterfield were unable to clear from a long throw-in.

Billy Clifford’s late goal salvaged a valuable point for National League strugglers Ebbsfleet in a 1-1 draw with Dagenham.

Ebbsfleet had a chance in the opening stages when Dominic Samuel fired a teasing ball into the box and Bryant Bilongo forced a great save from Elliot Justham on the half-hour mark.

Dagenham threatened just before the break with Sam Ling and Ryan Hill having chances cleared and the Fleet had a huge opportunity to take the lead in the 52nd minute from the penalty spot, but Justham saved Rakish Bingham’s effort.

Josh Rees found the breakthrough for the Daggers in the 78th minute with a curling strike into the top corner, but in the fifth minute of stoppage-time Clifford headed home to send Ebbsfleet three points clear of the relegation zone.

Southend kept alive their slim hopes reaching the National League play-offs as Jack Bridge’s two goals helped them to a 4-2 home win against Boreham Wood.

The hosts were three goals up at half-time after Gus Scott-Morriss and James Morton scored, with Bridge then notching his first before the break to deepen the away side’s relegation worries.

Cameron Coxe and Matt Robinson scored in the second half to offer hope of a comeback, but after Bridge got his second and his team’s fourth, Boreham Wood were left facing a three-point gap to safety having played two games more than 20th-place Wealdstone.

Southend are six behind seventh-place Aldershot as they continue their late bid to sneak into the play-offs.

Chris Conn-Clarke continued to underpin Altrincham’s National League play-off push, scoring the only goal to see off Oldham at J Davidson Stadium.

The Northern Irishman scored his third of the Easter weekend and took his season’s tally to 22 to lift the hosts to fourth in the table.

Alex Newby was instrumental in the 40th-minute winner, teeing up Conn-Clarke with precision to leave his team-mate a straightforward finish.

Regan Linney looked the likeliest finisher as the hosts pressed to put the Latics away, getting on the end of a handful of near misses, an unsuccessful penalty appeal and a deflected effort against the post, with late pressure from the visitors unable to tell.

Maidenhead came from behind to earn back-to-back National League wins and boost their survival hopes with a 3-2 victory against Eastleigh.

Eastleigh took an early lead just four minutes into the game through Solomon Nwabuokei, who tucked the ball underneath Craig Ross and Chris Maguire doubled their lead 11 minutes later with a curling effort into the bottom corner from just outside of the box.

Maidenhead pulled one back seven minutes after the break when a quick free-kick reached Ashley Nathaniel-George who played across to Will De Havilland to tap in.

They then equalised in the 70th minute when Jayden Mitchell-Lawson’s cross deflected into the net off Eastleigh midfielder Nigel Atangana and Shawn McCoulsky headed home to claim the three points.

Solihull pushed for a leveller throughout the second half, with Laurie Walker pulling off a fine double save, but the goalkeeper was finally beaten by Warburton’s curled effort in the 88th minute.

Josh Rees fired a first-half double against his former club as Dagenham and Redbridge won 4-1 at Boreham Wood.

Daggers’ summer signing Rees gave his side a flying start when he fired into the top corner in the fourth minute after being set up by Dion Pereira.

Rees then struck his 15th league goal of the campaign from close range, following up to steer home a rebound after Pereira’s shot fell to him in the penalty area.

The Daggers went 3-0 up in the 33rd minute through Ryan Hill, who drove home a low finish from inside the area.

Inih Effiong’s brilliant free-kick all but sealed the points for the Daggers in the 45th minute before Kabongo Tshimanga pulled one back for Boreham Wood in first-half stoppage time.
