
Grand Slam Track™, the global home of professional track competition, launched by four-time Olympic Champion Michael Johnson, officially announced the first group of Challengers signed to compete in the Kingston Slam, April 4-6th, at the National Stadium, Kingston, Jamaica.
The Challengers announced Thursday are all standout Jamaican competitors, who are now set to electrify the home crowd in Kingston.
They include: 2021 Olympic 110m hurdles Champion Hansle Parchment, two-time World 100m hurdles Champion Danielle Williams, reigning National 400m hurdles Champion Malik James-King, World Under-20 100m Champion Alana Reid, Olympic 110m hurdles finalist Orlando Bennett and Olympic 400m hurdles finalist Shiann Salmon.
These Challengers join the roster of 48 Racers already announced to compete including fellow Jamaicans Oblique Seville, Ackera Nugent, Roshawn Clarke, Rushell Clayton and Nickisha Price.
