Fedric Dacres produced a silver-medal winning performance at the Boris Hanžeković Memorial in Zagreb, Croatia on Sunday.
Dacres, a finalist at the 2023 World Athletics Championships in Budapest last month, hurled the implement 66.54m to take the runner-up spot behind the near imperious Kristjan Ceh, who unleased a winning throw of 68.48m.
Australia’s Matthew Denny threw 65.25m to take the final podium spot.
