Phillips, Hylton win top titles at All Jamaica Open Tennis Championships

Rowland “Randy” Phillips and Pauline Hylton emerged as respective Senior Open champions at the 2024 All Jamaica Open Tennis Championships held at the Eric Bell Tennis Centre in Kingston from December 14-21.

The top-seeded Phillips, who last lifted the title in 2021, claimed the crown after a comfortable 6-2, 6-2 win over the second seed, Nicholas Gore in the men’s final, collecting the top prize of $300,000.

In the women’s final, Hylton won the first set 7-6 and was up 3-0 in the second set before her opponent Shae-Ann Kameka retired.

Hylton took home $100,000 for the victory.
