The Combined Campuses and Colleges ended their 2025 West Indies Championship season on a high by securing a five-wicket win over the Jamaica Scorpions on day three at the Sir Frank Worrell Memorial Ground in St. Augustine on Friday.

The Scorpions, who ended day two with a second innings lead of 12 runs, ended up posting 342 all out in 75.2 overs, leaving the CCC needing 149 for victory.

Scorpions captain John Campbell, who retired hurt on 33 on Thursday, returned to the crease to make a top score of 104 off 112 balls including 14 fours and a six.

This was Campbell’s third century of the season.

Peat Salmon also provided some good support for his skipper with 35.

Larry Edward added to his overnight three wickets with two more on Friday to finish with 5-86 from 22 overs while Chemar Holder ended with 3-79 from 14 overs.

CCC then reached 153-5 in the 39th over to secure the win.

Shaqkere Parris followed up his 112 in the first innings with 85* off 87 balls including six fours and five sixes.

Marquino Mindley and Peat Salmon took two wickets, each, for the Scorpions.
