The TCU Horned Frogs defeated the 25th-ranked Baylor Bears 74-71 after coming back from a double-digit second half deficit on Sunday, ending the Bears' 10-game home winning streak.
Baylor, who have now lost consecutive games for the first time this season, led by 12 points before halftime and was up 48-38 with 16:42 left.
With the game tied at 71 with six seconds left, Brendan Wenzel hit a three from the left corner to seal the win for the visitors.
Ernest Udeh Jr. had a career-high 16 points and season-high 15 rebounds for TCU (10-7, 3-3 Big 12). Vasean Allette and Noah Reynolds both had 13 points in support.
The Bears (11-6, 3-3) were led by Norchad Omier with 20 points while Bahamian VJ Edgecombe had 18 points and Jeremy Roach 11.
TCU will next host Kansas on Wednesday while Baylor will host Kansas State.
