However, Maidenhead came out firing after the interval and were level courtesy of two goals in three minutes, with Tristan Abrahams slotting into an empty net after Harry Tyrer parried Reece Smith’s shot and then Kevin Lokko heading in.

But after Balanta’s double it fell to Evans to fire home late on and secure a share of the points.

Dominic Samuel led Ebbfsleet’s bid to get back into the game after half-time, having a header cleared off the line by Aaron Williams-Bushell.
He then saw a shot blocked by Burley and fired the rebound wide as his side tried in vain to find an equaliser.
City took the lead 14 minutes in when Olly Sanderson won the ball and threaded through to Zac McEachran, who slotted the ball home.
They reversed roles as McEachran found Sanderson on the break and the forward earned a goal of his own, firing the ball past Will Jaaskelainen but Padraig Amond pulled one back for the visitors in the 69th minute after slotting home from Scott Cuthbert’s pass.
On the 90th minute Josh Parker pounced on Jaaskelainen’s loose pass to roll the ball into an empty net before Amond earned his second of the game nine minutes into stoppage time.

Walker, signed on loan from Gillingham on Friday, did make it 2-0 just six minutes after coming on at half-time, when he nodded home.
McCallum struck twice in the first half following Gerry McDonagh’s early penalty against his old club.
The game kicked off 15 minutes late after Kidderminster were delayed arriving, but the visitors, who have won just once in the National League this season, needed little time to get going as they went in front after eight minutes.
McDonagh was brought down in the area and the former Eastleigh forward stepped up to fire home the resulting penalty.
McCallum equalised midway through the first half, meeting Chris Maguire’s corner at the near post.
And he struck again well into six minutes of added time at the end of the first half by heading home a fine left-wing cross from Oscar Rutherford.
