T&T's Jabari Narcis to go pro in Spain
A forward and standing at 2.05m, Narcis will begin his professional career playing for Chocolates Trappa Palencia in the LEB Golden League. He averaged 7.8 points and 6.6 rebounds in his final season for the University of Texas Arlington.
According to the Trinidad Guardian, Narcis had several offers from professional teams including Palencia and Mexico City Captaines, a new team added to the NBA G-League.
In his two seasons at UTA, Narcis, who is from Chaguanus in Trinidad and Tobago, recorded 79 career blocks that ranked him seventh all-time in programme's history. He completed his UTA career with 349 points and 309 rebounds.
He also had six double-doubles in the Sun Belt Conference, which is tied for the sixth-most in the conference.
