Jamaica’s Adanna Johnson had a pair of impressive finishes in races number five and six in the women’s monobob at the ongoing North American Cup Bobsleigh tournament in Park City, Utah.
Johnson completed her two runs on January 8 for a compiled time of 1:48.58, finishing eighth overall, before returning on January 9 to be slightly faster at 1:47.12 for seventh.
Johnson then combined with Rushana Mills for a pair of fifth place finishes in the 2-woman bobsleigh on January 11 and 12 in 1:46.80 and 52.08, respectively.
In the 2-man bobsleigh, Jamaica’s Shane Pitter and Tyreek Bucknor finished sixth overall on both days with times of 1:37.97 on January 8 and 1:38.03 on January 9.
Pitter and Bucknor were joined by Jeffory Dowdie and Rodaine Arscott in the 4-man bobsleigh team that finished 10th in 1:43.48 on January 11 and ninth in 50.96 on January 12th.
