Contact: 876-877-9949 Cross Keys High school is located on lands formerly occupied by Cocoa Walk Estate in a relatively sparsely settled area of southern Manchester-- just 20 kilometres from Mandeville, the parish capital. It was established in 1976 to provide secondary education for students who could not be accommodated in the traditional high schools. Over the years, enrolment has fluctuated. It started with 14 teachers and 420 students but since then registration has ranged from 300 in 2003 to 2004 school year to a high of 1,008 in 2009 to 2010. There has always been a higher percentage of boys and the presently ratio is 401 boys to 289 girls.
