They were followed by Mexico (217 points), Guatemala (198) and El Salvador (191).
Bahamas (43) and Antigua and Barbuda (24) were eighth and ninth respectively.
“We got five trophies, two first place and three second places and four other members ending with top-six finishes,” said Matthew Smith Barrett, the assistant treasurer of the Jamaica Bodybuilding and Fitness Association (JBBFA) of the 14-member team that travelled for the competition.
Asahane Gordon Morrison won the Women’s Physique Open Class while Ricky James won the Men’s Physique (Short) over Christopher Murillo of Costa Rica and Wellington Wallace of the Bahamas, who were second and third, respectively. James’ teammate Kemoy Maine was fourth.
Meanwhile, Rajae Grandison finished second in the Bodybuilding Juniors category won by Mexico’s Luis Manuel Molina Calderon. Juan Pablo Rivera from Costa Rica was third.
Akeem Messam-Hinds was the runner-up to Haiti’s Perkendy Kasimir while Kaif Young of the Bahamas was third.
The outstanding Deidre Lewis, who won gold in 2019, was the silver medalist this time in the Women’s Bikini (Short) category won by Febe Marinee Alonzo Moreno from Mexico. Clavel Navarro Cabrera of the Dominican Republic was third.
Kashane McFarlane was fifth in the Men’s Physique (Tall), a similar position to Daniel Haughton in the Men’s Physique (Middle Height). Dwight James finished sixth in Men’s Bodybuilding.
