The Chicago Sky were on a three-game losing streak in the WNBA, but a big performance from Angel Reese helped to stop that run.

Chicago Sky head coach Tyler Marsh says Angel Reese's "talent is through the roof" after she helped the team to a win with her first WNBA triple-double.

Reese had 11 points, 13 rebounds and 11 assists, becoming the second-youngest player in WNBA history to record a triple-double, as she helped the Sky to a 78-66 win over the Connecticut Sun on Sunday.

She also added three steals and two blocked shots, while making all seven of her free-throw attempts.

After suffering three consecutive blowout losses, it was a much-needed win for Chicago, while it was also their first in Commissioner's Cup play (1-3, 3-7 overall).

And Marsh singled out Reese for her outstanding contribution in the locker room post-game.

"Your potential is through the roof," Marsh told Reese. "Your talent is through the roof. And we ain't never gonna put no limits on that.

"You created for everybody. You created for yourself. You rebounded. You defended. All that is who you are. All that is who you are for us. And all that is what we believe you can be for us night in and night out."

To the rest of the team, he added: "And that goes around in this locker room. We stay connected. We stay believing. We carry this over to Washington."

Earlier in the season, Marsh encouraged Reese to improve her all-around game, a message that has stayed with the 23-year-old.

"[I'm] trying to get back to being super versatile," Reese said. "And [coach Marsh] made that emphasis early on in the season.

"And I didn't understand it, and I really was kind of confused and trying to figure it out. I'm still figuring it out. But I have patience.

"I'm just super excited, and then to add it [the triple-double] with a win just feels really good."
