Ronald Koeman insists the match in LaLiga between Barcelona and Deportivo Alaves is more important to him than discussing Paris Saint-Germain or Neymar.
A huge Champions League last-16 tie between Barca and PSG begins at Camp Nou on Tuesday and Neymar has been ruled out against his former club through injury.
But Barca boss Koeman stressed the home Alaves match on Saturday was most important to him because it is what comes next.
He also suggested he was considering squad rotation but would not make significant changes prior to the PSG game because he lacks options.
Barca lost 2-0 to Sevilla last time out on Wednesday in the first leg of their Copa del Rey semi-final tie. It was their first defeat inside 90 minutes in 17 matches across all competitions.
But they have won seven and drawn one of their last eight LaLiga games with Alaves.
"I don't think Neymar is an Alaves player," Koeman said when asked about the injury to the PSG forward.
"This is a question for Monday, not for today. I'm not talking about Neymar, I'm not talking about PSG.
"Saturday's game is more important than Tuesday's. We are going game by game and we want to continue our good streak.
"The result of the Sevilla game is there but we played a very good game. If we repeat the game, we do not lose.
"We dominated in many areas against Sevilla, but you also have to have a bit of luck. We need freshness, but the team is feeling very well.
"You don't play a second half like we did in Seville if the team is not physically well."
Defenders Gerard Pique and Ronald Araujo are unlikely to be risked against Alaves.
Koeman added: "Sergino Dest, Miralem Pjanic and Martin Braithwaite have done something [in training on Friday].
"[On Saturday] there is training and we will decide if they are on the squad list.
"For Araujo or Pique, I always believe in the margin of a risk. The objective is to recover players until the end of the season.
"If it is the last game of the season, you can risk more, but I am not in favour of risking a lot for a game.
"Those players have to recover well and step by step. If they are there and they can play, even better."
On the prospect of rotation, he continued: "Of course there are players who have been playing for many minutes with us not having everyone available.
"You have to think about giving rest to those players to be well in the next game. [But] not many [will be rotated], because there is not much we can change either.
"We look at the players, we train and we will decide. By winning the game, you are always mentally less tired than when you don't win.
"The goal is to win. But first you have to play and it will be difficult."
The Alaves match will start a run of four consecutive home games and Koeman added: "It's good to have back-to-back games at home because you save yourself traveling.
"We can rest more now and hopefully we will get players back to start having a very competitive squad again.
"It is good to see the youth team players and the youngsters play, but we need our more competitive players back."
Lionel Messi has scored 10 goals against Alaves in LaLiga in as many appearances against them, including four in his last three.
If he plays against Alaves, he will equal the record held by Xavi for most Barca league appearances by playing in his 504th top-flight match.
Liverpool handed double injury boost ahead of Man City clash
Liverpool have been handed a fitness boost ahead of their crunch Premier League clash against Manchester City with Luis Diaz and Darwin Nunez returning to training.
Jurgen Klopp's side make the short trip to Manchester to tackle the defending champions on Saturday when league action resumes following the international break.
The Reds have their eyes firmly set on the hunt for a top-four finish, sitting seven points behind Tottenham but holding two games in hand over their managerless rivals.
City will certainly present a stern test but the return of Diaz, who has been out of action since suffering a knee injury during the loss to Arsenal in October, provides a timely boost.
Whether the Colombia international will be fit enough to tackle City remains to be seen, though Nunez's involvement adds a further boost to the squad.
Withdrawing from international duty with Uruguay after suffering an ankle injury during the Champions League defeat to Real Madrid earlier this month, Nunez's involvement suggests his return is also right around the corner.
UEFA orders Eintracht Frankfurt and PSV into partial stadium closures
UEFA has hit Eintracht Frankfurt and PSV with partial stadium closures after unsavoury scenes overshadowed European ties involving both clubs in February.
Both legs of Eintracht's 5-0 aggregate defeat to Napoli in the Champions League's last-16 were marred by violence, with clashes between supporters witnessed before the Partenopei's 2-0 away win on February 21.
Eintracht were subsequently charged with the lighting of fireworks and blocking of public passageways by UEFA, and the governing body has now fined the Bundesliga club a total of €70,000 and ordered them to close areas of Deutsche Bank Park for their next continental fixture.
The fear of further violence led Italian authorities to attempt to ban Eintracht supporters from travelling to Naples for the return fixture on March 15.
However, supporters clashed with local police after defying that measure, with footage on social media showing crowds throwing missiles at officers wielding riot shields.
Meanwhile, PSV have also been ordered to close sections of the Philips Stadion for their next UEFA game after a fan attacked Sevilla goalkeeper Marko Dmitrovic during a Europa League match.
PSV suffered a 3-2 aggregate defeat in the competition's knockout round play-offs, with the tie overshadowed by a supporter entering the pitch and throwing a punch at Dmitrovic in February's second leg in Eindhoven.
The 20-year-old man was given a two-month prison stint on March 8, as well as being made subject to a 40-year ban from PSV's stadium.
PSV have been fined €29,375 after UEFA investigated the incident, with the club also being charged with the throwing of objects at the same match.
Gavi loses number six jersey after LaLiga blocks Barcelona registration
Gavi has lost his first-team status and shirt number at Barcelona after his registration was blocked by LaLiga.
The Spain international was registered as a first-team player by Barca in January, and it was announced he would wear the number six shirt.
Yet LaLiga sought to overturn a court decision that ruled in Barcelona's favour, with the league getting its way earlier in March, entitling it to reverse Gavi's registration.
Barcelona have been told they cannot register the 18-year-old's contract as they do not have room in their wage bill.
Gavi has subsequently been placed back on his youth contract, meaning he could leave Barca as a free agent at the end of the season.
A move away from Camp Nou for the teenager is unlikely. However, as it stands, Gavi will have to wear his old shirt number – 30 – for the remainder of the campaign.
After a breakthrough season in 2021-22, Gavi has played 37 games for Barca this term, and his relegation in official status does not mean he cannot continue to play for Xavi's team.
