The Botanical Gardens Rangers were crowned 2025 Vincy T10 Premier League champions on Sunday, after a hard-fought nine-run victory over Grenadines Divers in an electrifying final at the Arnos Vale Playing Field in St. Vincent.

Led by explosive knocks from captain Andre Fletcher and all-rounder Keron Cottoy, both of whom smashed 33 runs apiece, the Rangers posted a commanding 115-6 in their allotted 10 overs. Their aggressive approach set the tone early, with Fletcher launching three sixes in his 17-ball innings, while Cottoy mirrored the effort with three maximums of his own off 20 deliveries.

The Rangers’ innings had its moments of drama. After the early loss of Johann Jeremiah for four, Fletcher and Cottoy combined for a crucial 55-run partnership that swung the momentum firmly in their favour. Late cameos from Desron Maloney (8 off 3) and Kenneth Dember (18 off 10) pushed the total past the 110 mark, giving their bowlers a competitive target to defend.

In response, Grenadines Divers came out swinging, with Salvan Browne leading the charge with a blistering 40 off just 19 balls. Support came from Asif Hooper, who added 24, but once both were dismissed in quick succession, the chase began to wobble.

Teenager Tijourn Pope emerged as the hero with the ball, taking 3-25 in his two overs, including the crucial scalps of Browne and Richie Richards (16). Darel Cyrus was equally effective, claiming 2-10 in a tight spell that derailed the Divers' middle order. The Divers were eventually restricted to 106-6 despite a valiant effort, falling just short of their target.

The win capped a dominant season for the Botanical Gardens Rangers, with Fletcher once again proving why he remains one of the Caribbean’s premier T10 players. The veteran opener finished the tournament among the leading run scorers and was instrumental in guiding the Rangers to their latest title triumph.
